The Oregon City Library Foundation has been proud to offer free books to children in the Oregon City Library’s service area through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

In January 2022, we transitioned our support to a new program developed by Oregon City library staff that provides additional support for parents and caregivers as they create young readers. The Oregon City Library Foundation is glad to collaborate on this initiative "1,000 Books Before Kindergarten" and we hope patrons will, as well. To transition, the Dolly Parton Imagination Library Oregon City Chapter is not accepting new enrollments; however, all currently-enrolled children will continue to receive Imagination Library books until they reach age 5, through 2026.

Note: if your child is currently enrolled and you move from the Oregon City Library service area, please update your Imagination Library profile online using your parent login, for seamless book delivery by your new chapter.
